The Organization for Education and Science Integration (OEDSI) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit public organization formed for scientific and educational purposes in December, 2003.

OEDSI is pioneering a form of engaged dialogue between educational institutions and scientific organizations on a local and global level in order to educate and empower teachers and students to become active in their communities with sustainability as their primary motivation.

Although there are many environmental programs and initiatives for education, our program is unique in that it works within a classroom setting and allows students to focus on their immediate community and school environment as an applicable place for discovering how they can make a difference in the world.
